He will be extradited to Canada, most likely, by the end of June.
Canada does not have the death penalty.
A lot of psychiatrists and psychologists will claim that he is mentally ill. With that said, he will, most likely, be institutionalized and will plead "not guilty by reason of insanity".
Personally, I think that he should be sentenced to life imprisonment.

No, sadly, he will not receive the death penalty because Canada does not have it. Hopefully, they can make an official link to the killing in LA where a body was left underneath the Hollywood sign. He said he had links to that. If they do i would enjoy to be in the room where his life is snuffed out by modern science. Sadly, he was probably lying for attention, after all, he is an attention whore. He will (hopefully) spend his life in a cell and (again, hopefully) will have his asshole dilated until he has to wear diapers.

no, we do not have capital punishment, if convicted he will be sent to a maximum security prison in quebec specifically for sexual deviants
