Would a doctor still prescribe someone subutex if they new you was still using heroin?

no they wouldnt as the idea is to get them off heroin. if you are on a substance misuse programme then if you dont give a clean urine test however often they test you then you will not be supplied with the substitutes any longer.

From what I learned from personal experience , if a doctor knew you were doing drugs or abusing alcohol they wouldn't perscribe you a controlled substance because of the high chance that you are going to abuse it. And subutex is a controlled substance. So probably not.
