You would not look out of place at all. There will be thousands of people, and they will all be dressed in a variety of styles. Most people will be focused on their families or whoever they are there with and won't really notice what others are wearing anyways. However, if you ride the rides you must keep in mind the process of loading and unloading. Also, you may have to sit with your legs slightly apart for some rides. And on rides such as Test Track there will be wind. I'm not sure why you hate wearing trousers, but maybe leggings underneath your skirt/dress/long tunic would be a good alternative.

A casual skirt or sundress wouldn't look out of place in the parks. If you go out to eat at one of the upscale resorts in the evening you can even wear a nice dress.

You certainly can wear a dress or skirt to the parks. If it is shorter (above knees) I would probably wear boyshorts/bike shorts underneath so you don't have to worry about flashing anyone. The issue I would see is that mostly skirts means sandals. 98% of all sandals will have your feet bleeding/aching after a day of Disney walking. You need good shoes with good support, especially if you are planning to do more that one day at a theme park. EPCOT is by far the "worst" in terms of how much walking you will do.

There isn't a dress code or anything..so, no you wouldn't look out of place. Every trip we take my sister dresses that way. Many girls do. So, you can defiantly wear either of those!

You can wear them. There are girls who wear sundresses and skirts to WDW. Why would it be bad to wear it?
