My voice is gone! Can I get it back?

This may seem like a juvenile question, but is there any way to heal a hoarse voice faster?

I screamed my voice out at a concert last night, (my fault), but my job is on the phones, so I need to be able to talk to people. Is there anything I can do to speed this up? I've tried hot water with honey and lemon, and cough drops.

Any other ideas? :)

    I saw this on the little mermaid once. you will need to get someone to fall in love with you.

    try some drops of vitamin A, poor some drops in you throat and take some honey and some coconot oil, do not eat or drink anything after for about an hour
