What is this piece of clothing called?

Im looking for a name for something. I dont even know if it has a name, besides a rag. Ive seen some where its a lightweight cloth or rag that you put under a hat and it drapes over your neck so you don't get sunburned. What is the name of this, if it has a name?

or maybe even something that just wraps around your neck with no need for a hat.

    If you're talking about what peoplle wear in the east, I think you might be referring to a Turban.
