    Let's see...

Let me give you the websites:

http://www.interpals.net/ <-- Penpals and language exchange.

http://www.google.co.kr/ <-- KRN keyboard on the right side of the search engine.

    To learn Korean:

    http://www.talktomeinkorean.com/?sort=date_asc

    http://www.youtube.com/Talktomeinkorean

    http://www.youtube.com/user/BusyAtomdotcom

    http://www.youtube.com/user/sweetandtasty

    http://www.korean-flashcards.com/

    Dictionaries:

http://bluedic.com/ <--- KRN - ENG, ENG - KRN online dictionary

    http://endic.naver.com/ <--- KRN - ENG online dictionary

http://dynamo.dictionary.com/ <-- Use this site to make your own vocab lists and study from there. Keep up with your lessons there and always review. The key to learning a language is to continue reviewing so that you do not forget.

^ I recommend that when you are using TTMIK, that you create a list on Dynamo for every 5 lessons and continue to review them for a week straight. Do this for every 5 lessons that you go over. Make separate lists for separate things. You could do that, or you could purchase a thick journal and write all the lessons in there so that you can review offline and online (using dynamo). Things tend to stick to one's memory bank when one writes what they need to remember down on a piece of paper. Writing things down and reviewing using the internet as a form of flashcards is the best way to learn. Aside from studying, make sure that you are surrounding yourself with the language as much as you can with shows, music, friends, ect. The more exposure you have to the language, the better the learning process will be.

Study only for 30 mins or 1hr every day. You don't want to make learning the language a chore to yourself.

As for being distracted, make sure that you close all other tabs or internet windows, so that you only focus on studying the language. When the headaches occur, take a break and drink water. Don't push yourself too much.

Having determination, dedication and fun while learning the language will greatly help you.

Here's what I've been doing to learn Korean: - Watch Korean movies, dramas etc. - Get some children books in Korean either online or at a library. - Use Flash cards, write simple Korean words on one side and English on the other. - Get some sticky notes and write what it is in Korean on it then stick it on that object in your house. - Speak Korean to your family (even if they don't know what your sayin, it will help you to remember it a lot better) like sometimes I call my mom Oma or my dad Appa. It might sound crazy but it helped me to remember what mom and dad is in Korean. - Get a Korean/English dictionary. Pimsular is also great because you can actually hear a native speaker and it will help you with your pronunciation. Well, that's all I can think of for now. Honestly you should learn how to read the symbols first. Once you master them, it will all start to seem a lot easier. Hope I've helped.

These days you can learn how to speak Korean over the internet. Check out this online course, it's voted as the best Korean online course of all time: http://www.rocketlearner.com/korean The course is very easy to follow, I was able to learn Korean in just 3 months.

I live in New York City, I wanted to go to a Korean language teacher but that would have cost me over $800 per month. Good thing with this internet, $800 it's a lot of money for me.
