Is this dress too white for a wedding? I mean I know you're not supposed to wear white but this one has a big blue pattern...

I really want to ask "what part of no white do you not understand?" But that would be so rude. So I'll just say that you aren't supposed to wear a white dress, and the color on this dress does not keep it from being white.
To answer your question, it is "too" white for a guest to wear to a wedding.

That link just brought me up to the homepage. A dress like this (in my link) is appropriate for a wedding since it isn't "too white" and you won't be mistaken as the bride in it: http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/landingpages/jenni...
That is just an example.

Not only is it a little too white, it's much too short to wear to a wedding. You should be looking at something that is around knee-length.

It really doesn't look like a bridal dress, or a dress that guests should wear. it look like an outfit you would wear to play tennis in.

This dress? http://us.karenmillen.com/Karen-Millen-Floral-Prin...
I think it is okay. I wouldn't judge someone for wearing it, though personally I would rather be safe than sorry and would choose something else.
