What could be a really funny reason for a broken hand?

I'm a teacher and I'm planning to go into my classroom pretending I've got a broken hand (to grab attention and start discussing problems). So I'm thinking of a funny story about the broken hand - can you think of some funny reasons / situations for people breaking hands? thank you:)))

    Depends on what grade you got.

    Say something about glowing aliens and gigantic hounds, and the ghost of Shakespeare trying to get revenge for students not liking him.

    Just random stuff.
