It isn't unhealthy, but at the same time it's not healthy either. This is more a psychological question and so, the fact that you 'imagine' so much is simply because it is a way of coping with reality. Perhaps something in your life causes you stress, you have learnt to deal with it in a way that it 'isn't there' through imagination. In this same way, thinfs that aren't already here, you can imagine them in. Again, this is your way of coping and so - if it works, it works. However, don't let it become problematic.

It's not bad to imagine what you will be in the future but not all the time. I think it could be bad basing your life on imagination cause you will achieve nothing. You should go back to the real world and continue growing-up with your life. Go make some new friends. I think you're a loner that's why you're basing your life on imagination. You should learn how to make friends. Be approachable! I can see you will be a better person and will have a good job. So just be in this world! Good luck! :D I have faith in you.

You have something precious that most people lose when they get out of childhood. I would hold onto it.
As long as your imagination doesn't make you totally lose sight of the real world, what you need to do to keep yourself and others unharmed, then there's nothing wrong with that.

i think it's good to just daydream a lot but someones you end up just kind of wishing your life away, you know, just wishing you looked a certain way, or had certain things or whatever, it's when you actually try to act on those imaginations is when your life feels a little more complete and it's a lot more fulfilling when you do :)

Wow I must say that I have never come across such a mind boggling question. Let me get back to you when I ‘m 80. No; I think you should start writing, like a author. Damn girl, my head hurts.

Well why not put it to good use and write a fiction novel of some sort.
Here's your first title for it:
"The princess who wanted butterflies but only had hummingbirds"

Just make sure you don't lose yourself in your imagination. Real life can be pretty spectacular, too. :)
