pain above my ankle since i started jogging wont go away?
ever since i started jogging i have had this just above my one ankle on the back of my foot and it wont stop. i do stretch before i work out and after.
if any one knows why i have it or why it isnt going away some answers would be great.

You might have injured that part but of It is still there after a few days then might wants to go see a doctor

Every time I've had foot, ankle, or knee pain, I was always told it's probably my shoes. If you use older shoes or ones that don't support your arch very well, maybe you should look into getting some new ones.

Could be shin splints. Could be a lack of adequate post-run stretching*. Could be foot gear issues.
