Should I be worried( and I need advice)?
Last night I tried to pee and nothing came out so I just went to bed
I woke up the next morning and needed to pee really bad and nothing came out
I went to the er and got a catheter and drained my bladder and they sent me home with it still in and said my prostate is swollen ( They barley got the catheter in because of it)
I am a 16 year old male
Should I be worried
Also any tips on how to make this more comfortable

Um... where are you that a medical establishment would send a 16 year old boy home with an insanely swollen prostate gland, without trying their best to figure out WHY it was swollen in the first place???? There are a number of possible causes: infection, blockage somewhere, cancer, disease.... and in a boy your age all of them would be unexpected and some could be quite serious. I'd get your family doctor to get to work on finding out why this is happening, RIGHT AWAY. If anything major is discovered, i'd seriously consider filing a strong complaint or malpractice suit against the doctor who signed you out in the first place without exercising "due diligence" in trying to find the cause of your unusual condition (well, unusual for your age).
Can't find too much on how to make yourself more comfortable. Unitl you get this under control, its probably best to keep the catheter in and have it checked frequently so no infection results, and you may wish to use a stool softener to make you more comfortable until you can shrink your prostate. I think there are also herbs which can help shrink it but i'm not sure they would work on such an enlarged instance.
Wishing you well!! Hope its something easily cured.

you should go see an urologist and see what is going on. You will have to see one to get the catheter out of you.

Absolutely you should be worried, and they should be treating you for Prostatis and possibly testing you for other conditions - not just sending you home.
Kind thoughts,
