Romney and Obama agree: Health care law’s individual mandate is not a tax?

    If it is not a tax it is unconstitutional according to the court opinion. If government insists that it isn't then the ruling should be reversed immediately.

    This issue was settled last week, it's a tax. Car insurance is not manditory, driving is not a right.

    A tax is a Tax is A Tax.. which WILL be totally enforced by the IRS.
