How do I stop allergies?

I'm a 14 year old male with really bad allergies. I had my allergies tested a few years ago and I'm alergic to everything in nature. No food or animals. So I'm allergic to all types of trees, grass, soil, leaves, dust, pollin, etc. when allergies hit me is sucks. I cant stop sneezing and my eyes water up. Also when i see sun it makes me have to sneeze. I take 2 medicines, a pill and a nose spray. The pill doesnt seem to help, and the spray sometimes make me have to sneeze more. My main goal is to not have allergies, but are there any ways to effectively stop them. It's really emberassing around friends sneezing and stuff. And tips and ideas would be helpful. Thanks!!!
