Okay iLove food I mean who doesn't. But I wanna lose like 20 pounds what should I do.? I get really bored sometimes and all I wanna do is eat.. Help meeee.?

I can help you Pookiebear. It starts with your overall diet. Try eating more wholesome foods such as lean protein (chicken, turkey, egg whites, fish, lean beef, cottage cheese) and lots of green vegetables. Drink a lot of water and stay away from junk food.
Start exercising as well. Start running at least 3-4 times a week for 1/2 hour. If you need more free advice on losing weight, come check out my youtube channel below. I have healthy recipes, workouts and diet tips, all free advice! link below.

It's best to clear those junkies out of your sight. Either you throw them or hide them it's up to you... also you're allowed to have a cheat day because we cant all expect to eat healthy everyday you know... but dont overdo it! Also if you really want to lose weight, you have to give it your best shot to lose all the fat! If not, there's really no purpose... Look up POP pilates on youtube... they have tons of exercise that really burns the fat in you! I saw good results doing them so good luck!

Just think of how ugly and fat u will look if I keep eating and eating!. Imagine urself with a huge gut hanging!. Its working for me!! Im tryna loose weight too! Lol

Drink water all day long it will keep you full you won't be as hungry as far as being bored pick up a hobby start skating or something

Nancy is correct:) if you want a more positive approach, think of someone who you think has the ideal body then imagine yourself with that body. Then think about how good you look and what you would have to do to get that body:) you can do it if you set your mind to it!
