I have an N with 2 speeding tickets (almost 2 years apart)......?

I live in BC and I have an N. I just got a notice from ICBC saying that my licence was taken away for 3 months. They claim its because I have too many points. I have gotten 2 speeding tickets, but one was in December 2010 and the other in June 2012. My points should have been reset in between that period right? Need a quick answer please (appeal period is only 14 days)!

I am not familiar with Canadian law,but in the U.S. points stay on your license for three years, and on your record for seven.Look into taking a remedial driving class to remove points from your license. Some are even online now.Of course you will have to pay for it.OR, hire an attorney to pay off the judge if you can afford it! Good Luck
