So im gonna get a champion, i wanna know which should i get, heimerdinger or gangplank

depends on your play style, both are good.
One, Heim, is basically tower-defence type of champion. You place turrets down and wait for them to come to you.
Or, gp, which is a melee ad carry, who when fed is one of the scariest champ there is. plus he's a pirate!
My opinion is gp, but obviously it's still your own decision! :)
