since Obama and Liberals both support them and accept the lies as fact, is there any other way to describe all three of them(Left Wing media, Obama, and LIBS) except anti American?

Yes.  You could easily describe us a fellow Americans who just disagree with you politically.  Or people God told you not to judge.  Or people who disagree with you and tell you facts you don't want to hear.
