What's the diff' between BB and foundation?
I've plenty experience with good foundations, but have been lured into this BB stuff...
Got the Garnier one, but just find it like a greasy foundation..
Any simillar experience?
What is the BIG difference supposed to be?
Thanks ladies....

Agree with all above, as an additonal note I must say I think BB Creams are a total rip-off- they have been around fo years (only we used to call then tinted moisturisers!) The anti-ageing/skin texture benifits are no more than you would get from a decent moisturiser, and with a bit of your foundation mixed in you have exactly the same thing! Tinted moisturisers had fallen out of fashion in recent years and this is the industry's way of taking an old product and selling it as something new. They're only really useful if you have lovely skin already, that isn't oily, and only needs the sheerest hint of colour!

Don't worry I won't patronize you! :)
A BB cream is a lighter, more natural looking, blendable foundation. It's not supposed to feel as heavy on your face as a foundation usually would, and especially not greasy. It's also lighter coverage, so it's not ideal for troubled skin.
I've never actually tried a BB cream, so I don't have a similar experience, but Ive watched tons of videos and reviews featuring BB cream.
Sorry you had a bad experience with this BB cream. If you want to try some more, Ive neared very good things about the Maybelline BB cream.

A BB cream is almost like a moisturizer with a tint. It's supposed to have benefits for your skin like brightening, reducing redness, reducing dryness, etc, while covering up your imperfections. A foundation is generally heavier, and does nothing for your skin but cover it.
Personally, I had the same experience with the Garnier one. I don't think that the Garnier one does very much, but you can get very good BB creams elsewhere!
I prefer using BB creams or tinted moisturizers on "good skin days", because they tend to have lighter coverage. I use foundation when my skin is acting up for better coverage! :) x

A foundation is meant to be heavy and cover up major problem areas of your skin only whereas a BB cream is a moisturizer that does five things at once: primes, moisturizes, protect with SPF, controls oil, and provides a small amount of coverage.

A foundation should have better coverage and a bb cream should be a lighter on your skin. i haven't tried the garnier one but ive tried the maybelline one and its just like a tinted moisturiser really.
