Well...you could try Furry Ninja High School, Havoc Inc. (space pirates), Usagi Yojimbo. Those are all pretty general.

um... not really manga that I know of (I know an anime called "sands of destruction" with MANY furry characters) but all I can recommend in the manga/comic field are webcomics like "bittersweet candy bowl"
