i have barbell with 60 pounds witch i think is 27 kg and i have dumbells that are 8 and 1/2 a kg each i have wieght bench too coul you tell m the best ways to build muscle with theses wieghts please ??

Best way to build muscle is to lift heavy amounts of weight. Unless you're very out of shape that amount of weight you have will only tone your body, if that. Best advice to build muscle is join a gym, and lift hard 4-5 days a week.

where do you want to build the muscles? In your arms, torso, legs? Or do you want to end up looking like Popeye or Mr. Potato Head?
All resistive exercises will help build muscle... but if it's "bulk" or "mass" you want, you'll need to keep increasing the weights to a point where you can maintain resistance for short bursts. So general rule of thumb; low reps, high weight builds bulk... high reps, low weights build stamina...
