What will happen when he contacts HOA?

Question

, today I was parked in my driveway because i had a ton of groceries and was with my 2 year old son and there was no parking spots (i live in condos). My neighbors already don't like my family because we are African american. so therefore, a neighbor uses this time to take pictures of my vehicle and leave a note on my car saying hes reporting me to HOA. What will most likely happen if he does this?? 

P.S. he said it was illegal for me to be in my driveway but all my other neighbors do as well. But of course because i'm black he goes after me.

I don't understand.  Your condos have driveways that residents aren't allowed to park in?

Anyway, as to what will happen?  Nothing.  You may get a letter from the HOA asking you not to park that way, if indeed it is against the HOA regulations.

Most likely nothing.  If he's the only one complaining, then most likely the HOA already recognizes him as a trouble maker and he won't be taken seriously.  Either way, sounds like you were parked there temporarily to unload.  Nothing wrong with that.  If that is the case, then they would have to take the same action against ANYONE who does that, including anyone with moving/delivery vans.

FIRST.....at the very worst....HOA will give you a warning.....I am betting they ignore the complaint....not everyone is a racist

SECOND..... Be extra nice to him......bake him a cake...... be a better neighbor to him than he is to you..... if he is a racist; and I think he probably is..... IT WILL PISS HIM OFF EVEN MORE.....he wants to make you hate him....be mad at him..... your being nice will frustrate the hell out of him..... and everyone else will applaud you

How do you know that he does not leave similar notes on other peoples car who do the same thing.
