Could this be the start of an eating disorder?

It started 3 days ago, I just stopped eating. I just kept looking at pro-ana sites and felt disgusting about myself. I wrote down some of the quotes, and I really like them. But yesterday hunger really got to me, ate way over 600 calories and I feel disgusting, and for that, I promised myself that I won't go over 400 calories today. I know this is really bad for my body, but I'm sick of being big.

I'm 157, 5'1, going into 8th grade.. and i'd like to be 130.

I'm getting really scared because whenever I'm hungry I feel fine, but when I'm full of food I just feel sick and disgusting.

    Hey !

So I am currently in recovery from my eating disorder and before I answer your question . Stop . I went through this and it is not worth it . I almost died . I was just like you, thought I was to fat so I wanted to loose weight . I did what you did ate only 200-600 cal a day . But did you know that anything under 1000 cal a day is considered disordered eating ? Because your body is being starved it is going to hang on to every cal, every gram of fat that you put into you because it doesn't know when it will be fed next . The best advice I have for you is tomorrow , get off your computer and put your running shoes on and run for 20 min you don't have to go extremely fast. Also because your body is in a fragile state starting tomorrow increase your cal intake by 200 each day unroll you get to 2000 . I know 2000 sounds a lot but your still young and growi g so your body needs it . Next stop going on thinpo sited . If you can block them . There just pictures of sad anorexic girls , and quotes from people starving themselves . Also every month treat yourself to a treat so your not deprived !

As long as you recognize the possibility of it, it's unlikely. However, eating only 400 calories a day isn't sustainable, and it's likely you end up binging as a result, eating way more than 600.

The best way to cut the weight is to eat many small snack throughout the day. This way, you never feel full and disgusting, yet you are never starving. This also keeps your metabolism higher.
