Why can't I access Yahoo Mail?

Question

It asks if I want to accept this new updated thing where they collect information.  It doesn't matter whether I press accept or no thank you, it doesn't let me move forward into my mail.  I've signed out and back on and still can't get into mail.

I don't think the new CEO is the problem. Yahoo has been screwing up plenty before this. Every new upgrade seems to be a downgrade. Maybe if a few million people decide to switch to another mail service, Yahoo might get a clue that their service needs work.

Don't have the answer but I am having the exact same issue. I cannot access my mail beyond that "accept" screen, not even through POP. What's going on with Yahoo? I paid for Yahoo plus to get more filters because of so much SPAM and now I can't even get in. I'm thinking of switching completely to GMAIL and forgetting Yahoo.
