Has Yahoo answers crashed?

Whats wrong with yahoo answers ,it seems to have crashed .is this the fault of the olympics .

    I live in the United States and seem to be having problems too. Every time I go to a section to answer questions it says that there aren't any open questions in the section and suggests to ask a question of my own. However, I can view the recent questions that are in a particular section and I can view the questions that are at the top after you answer a question.

    I don't know what the problem is but I doubt its because of the Olympics.

    Not sure if it has anything to do with the olympics but it seems like the internet in general is slightly broken today.
