If you mean American mainstream, no. I never really liked it in the first place and not to say Kpop is superior, but it seems to have a lot better messages than anything on the US Top 100. I also listen to Japanese, French, and Spanish pop. Another great thing about Kpop is that it's not always the same people over and over and over again. Tons of rookies make it big, something you don't hear of in the US. It's been the same people and will be the same people for a long time.

When I'm not listening to pop I listen to classic rock!

    All the time :)

Though k-pop is forver my favorite, I don't what I would do without good old Chris Brown etc.

May i just *cough cough* comment on the fact that you used the term "American Music"..

    Ummm.....

    Ok.....

    British Artists.....

One Direction, Adele, Taio Cruz, Labrinth, THE BEETLES, DAVID BOWIE, Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, UKF, Yasmin, The Wanted, Tinie Tempah, Pixie Lott, Jessie J, Conor Maynard, Florence and The machine, Marina and The Diamonds, The script, Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke, Emeli Sande, Imogen Heap, Marcus Foster, Kate Nash, Bombay Bicycle Club, Artic Monkeys, Alt-J, Eliza Doolittle, Tulisa, N-Dubz, Grime, Devlin, Plan B, Amy Whinehouse, Kaiser Chiefs....

These are all off the top of my head, and I could go on for ever.

If I wanted to, but I believe I have made my point.

    (I'm not even British X'D)

Think carefully with what you say, ok ;)

My whole iTunes is Kpop lol I do have 1 Justin Timberlake song and 1 Sugarbabes song and I also listen to a lot of Chinese music. But yeah, I'm pretty much addicted lol... Although I would pick Huh Gak, Bang Young Guk, JJ Lin, Jay Chou, Kenji Wu over a lot of kpop but not all.

I've been into kpop for two years now and it's extremely rare that I'll listen to American music anymore.

A little! My parents and friends always complain that I always listen to kpop, but I can't help it because I like it too much! The lyrics and melodies are just so good! And the artists themselves are really inspiring!

Sometimes, from the car radio; but otherwise, nope. Kpop has put a shield around me, blocking off American music.

Not really haha. I mean on the radio and stuff when im in the car and stuff. It's not like I hate it or anything, it's not bad, it just isn't my style anymore, after finding Kpop 3 years ago :)
