Don't quit, we are not islands onto ourselves, support sometimes makes the different as not everyone is made up the same way. there is plenty of online support or workout buddies online. Try sparkpeople.com they provide a free way to get tips and tricks on everything weightloss. Also switch up your routine to make it more exciting. Do some sport or dancing to make it more fun or do a class. Also reward yourself for meeting small goals with non food items so it gives you more to work towards like if I meet my goal I'm going to treat myself to a new hairdo or go to the movies but only as a reward. Also make your own sticker book for when you do things right write it down put a date in there and give yourself a sticker so you can see your hard work and visualize the goal. Its funny our we can bend over backwards for others or jobs and such but find it hard to do it for ourselves. Put yourself 1st and you will set a great example. Congrats on what you did so far.
