how do i get a boyfriend?

i just don't know how to meet new people, all the boys in my school are jerks and mean, i just want to meet a nice boy but i don't know how to, and if i do meet new boys from other schools i'll go with my friends to meet them and they'll end up liking my friends which just sucks! i don't know how to do it

i just don't know boys usually don't take much notice of me, i don't know what to do, i just really want a relationship, i can kiss boys at parties and stuff when drunk but i have no idea how to get a boyfriend
