Why is it so hard for people to believe in the trinity?

because many do not know god even though they claim they do

if they did they would accept what god the father says about jesus the son the word of god

The Trinity is God the Father,God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit.

If people would read the Bible it says the story of creation by reading that all 3 members of the Godhead are present and actively bringing the creation into being!1

The Holy Spirit is NOT Jesus ,He is the Holy Spirit!They are in unity but are 3 separate beings.They are in total agreement but each one has its own function.

There are several reasons the Trinity is being questioned more today.....

1) Modern bibles have removed the most definitive verse of the Trinity in 1 John 5:7 by claiming that their source (Vatincanus, written in the 4th century) is older therefore more accurate when in reality it is FLAWED. There are sources from 150 AD that show 1 John 5:7 existed at that time.

2) Most people have not read the Bible and the concept is throughout.

3) People have a hard time understanding this concept since it is not of this world.

You know about the "god of this world" blinding people so they cannot see.

They are like the Muslims among the Christians, if they can be called Christians. Even Hinduism believes in three gods although they got the three-in-one concept wrong. The devil comes at us from all directions.

I am an atheist, but I'm going to answer this question anyway (sorry). I can't believe in the Trinity, because that would mean that Jesus impregnated his own mother (which is gross). And of course, if God is Jesus, and Jesus's mother is human, that means God's mother is human. Which means that God was created by humans and if God was created by humans, there is not much point in believing in him, yes?

But it isn't a matter of doing. Many who claim a brand of 'Unity' will not know that there are 1) many forms of unity in being and 2) that God is not a Monad, and can't be.

Some people have trouble believing in A sky wizard a ghost and a zombie that create one super zombie sky wizard ghost with the power to do anything.

You claim monotheism and then worship 3 gods that make up one big God. It makes no sense

You are doubtful about it that's why you're asking. Asking maybe you can be convince in anyways. As a christain, you're not supposed to be concern about it.
