Do doctors check for drugs in a standardized urine test?

Here's the deal.

Over the weekend a few of my friends pressured me into smoking a bowl of weed. I got pretty high (not my first time being pressured). In 5 days, I have my annual check-up and I'm a minor living in WA state. I am worried that I will have to undergo a standard urine sample test as I remember undergoing a few years ago. What will the doctor(s) be looking for?

If they're find marijuana in my urine I plan on coming clean and telling them what happened.

You don't have to worry about it. Normal urine tests are just testing for UTI. They are not testing for drugs so they will not notice that you have THC (from the weed) in your system.

It depends what kind of machinery they use to analyze the urine. If they have a new machine, they will most likely see the drugs in your system. A little bit of weed, can stay in your system for about a month. And that is if you only take like one puff. If they have a machine from 2006 they most likely will NOT find any drugs in your system. Doctors most likely look for different hormone levels in urine. Drugs and alcohol cause hormone levels to rise 90% of the time. So I hope nothin harsh goes down!
