How to get prominent veins on my hands?

I know this is weird but I am obsessed with having prominent veins on my hands. How do I get them?

What do I have to do to get them?

If age matters, I am in my late teens.

Thank you

Some people have them and others don't... just like some people have red hair, others blond or black...etc.

The only other way to make veins slightly more visible would be to lower your body fat. However most people do not carry much fat on their hands so all that effort would be for little if any reward.

I have them on the backs of my palms yet no longer my hands. those in my hands are close the floor so I have loads of blue lines alongside the bottom of my hands. Chest and accurate s of my ft too. i do not truly imagine there is something you would possibly want to do about it. you won't be able to move your veins that i recognize of.

Why do you want veins in your hands? I would focus on losing the obsession as opposed to looking like a steriod addict.

That is very strange, but I think its genetic.

It usually happens more to you or someone if you are generally hot I believe (as your blood goes to the surface to release heat) or if you are dehydrated.

They don't look that good I have them really bad when working out
