Does the string theory suggest that there is more than one universe?

I read the string theory the other day, it suggests more than three dimensions for the maths to work out, since we cannot detect more than three dimensions, does that by any chance mean that there's more than one universe existing parallel our own? Don't forget we are assuming that the string theory is accurate in our hypothesis.

theres probably more universes than just this one we live in. the reason behind this is because of the higgs boson, not necessarily string theory. this universe was most likely created by a higgs boson leaving a universe and it clashed with the right particles at the right time and created this universe, or a universe exploded and it created another. or two universes hit eachother and created ours.
