How often do you wash your bed sheets?

And what type of laundry detergent do you use? I'm thinking unscented would be the best.

Once a week. I use whatever laundry detergent is cheapest and add 1/3 cup bicarb soda to boast the cleaning power and absorb odours of any kind, including the laundry powder perfume. I have white sheets and they are snowy white and "fresh" when dry.

every other day for the last 50 years...do you know what is on your body that transmitts to your sheets? if you did you wouldn't wash them only once a week or longer...and I use hot water , not cold or warm, and good old lye soap it's the best and you don't need fabric softner, bleach or dryer sheets! Saves lots of money!

seriously people sheets need to be washed more than once a week !
