Job corps? Does my guardian's income count as mine since im not 18 and have no work expirence?
Im 16 and I want to enroll in job corps. I called the number and gave them my information and they said they would mail me stuff and a counciler will call me. It says to qualify you need low income. I do not have an income because I have no job. My grandmother (legal guardian) say that I wont get in because her income is too high. Would this be true or no?

Yes it's true that since you're under 18 and your guardians not low income you can't get in. sorry. Wait til you're 18 then it will be based on your income.
