290 pounds big build italian,ive lost 18 pounds but doing it alone,i keep wanting to give up.my diet is great but i keep quitting on my tread mill.why is this so hard?im educated but lack the knowledge and will power to keep moving forward.spark people and other sites don't work for me,need someone to relate to.im 59 going on 30,semi retired Professional musician(NIGHT RANGER)(STARSHIP) 70's,anyone feel like they have the time to help
