Back up jailbreak to pc?

I jailbroke my ipod touch 4g about 3 months ago. Having some slow issues blah blah and i hate restoring it because i have apps from cydia downloaded and its a pain to re download them. I wondered if any of you knew a way to back them up to my windows 7 n5110 laptop. No cydia apps that only back up the names up of what is downloading. Im hoping you know a way to backup all youre real apps and cydia so if i wanted i could use them right from my computer. A step by step proceedure would help. Thanx!
