1Ti 4:4 For every creature of God [is] good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:

1Ti 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

Very good when accepted with thanksgiving as stated in 1 Tim 4:4

I haven't been to a church BBQ in a while... but I'm sure they'll be delicious the next time I go.

While I eat it, I'll remember the teachings of Paul in the NT, where he says that all meats are to be eaten with thanksgiving except meats sacrificed to idols.

Great since Jesus Christ came here and fulfilled the old law testament and gave us new commandments to follow.

We also shared our picnic with the homeless as well.

The book of Leviticus is nothing to worry about today. It can only be correctly interpreted by a Levitical priest of ancient Israel. No such people exist today.
