Is this enough evidence that Tea Parties need to start studying the constitiution?

ObamaCare is still unconstitutional, the supreme court has screwed up. Of course, if Tea Partiers were to start studying the constitution and understood it, they would have all supported Ron Paul.

Please don't tell me you think the Supreme Court is infallible. When they declared eminent domain could be used to take land from one private party and award it to another private party due to a greater tax base, they lost all credibility with me.

"Follow the constitution" is a nice catchphrase but nothing besides that. It is incredibly vague, there are as many interpretations of it as there are people who read it. There's a lot of areas actually not covered by it (territorial expansion being one) and its a pain to add anything new to it (most being added via court decisions).

Ronpaul has never bothered to READ the damn constitution.
And neither have you.
Go ahead.
I dare you.

That might help except that the constitution is ridiculously outdated and irrelevant in today's day and age...
