Atheists, if there is no god, can a cross cause health problems for you?
An atheist group has filed a lawsuit to have the Ground Zero Cross removed from the 9/11 museum in New York. Their claim? The existence of the Cross has brought on headaches, indigestion, even mental pain.

The claims are idiotic.
However, it amazes me that people don't even know what this thing is. It's not as if someone built a cross for the museum. It is two steel beams that came out of the rubble that way--sort of symmetrical, and the Christians working on the site took it as some sort of sign. IT'S STILL A PIECE OF STEEL RUBBLE FROM THE WTC.
The museum also has a Star Of David MADE from a piece of steel--why aren't the atheists getting migraine headaches over that?

i am an atheist and that is the DUMBEST **** i ever heard. these people lost loved ones in the most horrible of way many were on the phone helpless when they died having to hear them die. if their families want to honor their memory with a cross, a star of david, a rainbow flag, a ying yang or whatever. it is their effing right to do so cause they deserve to honor their memory in ANY way they want to with out having someone christian or atheist telling them otherwise.

I'm not in that group. If it's not government property, I don't give a damn. If it is government property, either there is no religious symbol, or any religion can place their symbol there. It's not like only Christians died on 9-11.

There are crazy people in this world with all kinds of labels. The crazy people aren't usually the same as the rest though.

Hint: We don't all belong to one organization. And we don't always agree with other groups are doing.

Religious people often have that effect on me.
