Why is Romney still lying about Obama and welfare?
Romney is accusing Obama of removing the work requirement from welfare. This is a lie that has been thoroughly debunked.

So why is Romney still pushing the lie in his ads and why would you vote for him?
Kermit, unfortunately you are about right. I'll be voting against Romney and Ryan more than voting for anyone.
Ken, do tell me where there are less "biased" sources. The Annenberg Center for Public Policy is well respected, and Politifact has been accused of leaning right as often as it has of leaning left. Simply accusing every source that disagrees with you of being "left leaning" isn't a real argument.

Politicians lie in their adds to get people to vote against the other candidate. You dont vote for who like anymore, you vote against the person you dont. Its how it works. Get with it man.

Because nothing will start a conservative from literally foaming at the mouth like bringing up the topic of welfare! And now it's slowly coming out that the stimulus package did in fact create jobs and kept us from another Depression- but Obama won't get credit for that either. And I've never seen a guy run faster from taking credit for his own idea (Romneycare) than good ole Mitt!

Get your facts straight, don't just listen to the liberal media, Obama wants to create a waiver program for states so the federal work requirements won't apply to them and then the states can test and I stress the work "test" their one ideas for work requirements essentially gutting the federal requirements. Now go and look up the actually documents for the federal work requirement and tell me how states could make improvements and if you link and sites that don't have .gov at the end then your not getting the straight store you'll be looking at someone interpretation

Because he isn't lying. True, the changes do not directly remove the work requirement, but they do allow waivers for the "means of measurement" for verfying the work requirement is met.
It is like saying "we didn't remove the speed limit, we just won't punish anyone or stop them from breaking it". The result is the same.

if he had to tell the truth, he would get less votes than the libertarian candidate

Republicans realized that if you say something often enough and loud enough, it doesn't matter whether its true or not.
