My parents constantly keep taking my Xbox 360 away!?

What did I just read? You moved back to America, at the cost of your parents, just for yourself? That's ridiculous. If you're not trolling, you seriously need to re--evaluate your life. You care more about that Xbox than your parents livelihood, or their opinions? You are truly obsessed, and need counselling, although I doubt your parents can afford it because of your poor selfish choices. You need to think about things before you make decisions. Whose opinions matter more? Your parents, or yours, and your friends on Xbox Live? Your parents look out for you and only want what is best for you. Although they may not understand new age technology, and why this is such a prominent "hobby" for you, they can see what effect this is having on your life. You are abandoning all of your "support network" (family, friends) and are avoiding what matters. I'm glad they took away your Television, and I think I speak for everyone else here when I say that. They probably did give you several chances, but you fail to see past the barriers you have made for yourself.

You need to take a look at things that really matter in life, like your parents, who will always care for you and do what is best for you, and put them first, before anything else. They should come before your selfish desires, and in your mind, their opinions should come before yours, because they are ALWAYS ON YOUR SIDE.

I'll be nice about this, unlike some people who have replied to you about your question. I'm a huge gamer. I understand your anger. So here is what I'll say. Buy a TV, or stop playing the Xbox so much and find other things to do video game related. Lots' of stuff on the computer. If you want to compromise with your parents, then ask for longer time limits for playing. If they give you two hours, you should play for only those two hours. Maybe the issue is that your parents just want you to obey their rules. Most parents do. When I lived with my folks, they were always respectful of my space. But when there is only one TV in the house, it's everyone's right to use it, not just yours. I'd be mad as hell if my son used all my crap at once and I never got time on anything.

how old are you. your right it is summer why are you playing video games. you should go outside hang with ur friends go swimming etc. I am in highschool. u say u get only a couple of hours of playing ur game a day. i was that over whelmed with home work and asseigments i was getting sick due to stress. I got all stright A's why because i didt play video games. i was more aware of my surrondings. I know it is summer and i do play my game sometimes. but i am mostly swimming. And you only have 1 tv in the house. nevermind if you parents want to watch something instead of watching you play ur game. and crying aint going to help. one simple solution. Get a job buy your own tv and stop whining like a ***** on the internet. there is always someone with a worse life then you. oo and for you friends you say they play everyday. if they do that when they are older they will never get laid. oo and its called a phone use it to call your friends,

now thats a rant o_o err i think you need to buy a tv i dont know that was kinda long to read and i got lost because its like their tv and maybe they dont want you to sit on your *** all day? lol best bet get yourself a tv if you can shell out $50 got harden editions you can buy a small but decent flat screen for like the price of 2 or 3.

They're your parents, you either find a compromise and talk it out or deal with it. Unless your old enough to move out and live on your own, there's nothing you can do, their roof their rules. May not be the answer you want or think it's not fair, but life's not fair get over it.
