Has anyone heard of an effective treatment for non bacterial prostatitis?

I've had non bacterial prostatitis for several years and nothing is helping. Anyone have any success stories?

Update:

Symptoms: Mostly pain just below my naval, especially with a full bladder. Occasionaly trouble starting urination. Sometimes pain in testes and urethra.
