The Bible does not comment on voting.

Voting is not a religious practice, so most Christians do not consider **the act of voting itself** to be directly relevant to their religious beliefs.

Similar: driving a car is not mentioned in the Bible. Driving a car is not a religious act. Driving a car is not obviously an immoral act. Therefore, Christians feel free to drive a car.

Actually as a Christian living in a Republic like the United States you are suppose to vote as your obligation to Jesus for the one who will represent yourself in regards to your religious moral beliefs. Those that refuse to vote are not hindering the representative who is not representing yourself in regards to your religious moral beliefs by choosing not to do anything your are cooperating in the sin of society. Now if the parties which are under election do not support any of your religious moral beliefs than you are not suppose to vote.

But those who don't vote have no voice in politics, so let's say someone who got elected into office represent you yet they don't represent your religious moral beliefs, because you didn't vote you can not criticize them for what they believe or how they are representing you. If you voted for the other guy and they lost well you still have the right to criticize your elected representative for their beliefs and how they are representing you because you still voted.

Sola Scriptura is not Biblical, so this question makes no sense.
