Why is my mom mad about my girlfriend sleeping over?
I'm 27 and living at my mom's again while I'm in school. My girlfriend is 21 and my family likes her a lot, but she stayed over in my room last night and my mom got really mad at me. My mom isn't religious and she was never married to my dad, so what is the issue here? We've only been dating for a couple weeks but I had been single for over three years and this girl is truly amazing. I do great in school and pay my mom $200 a month. Shouldn't I have this right, especially at my age?

You make some valid points. First off you and your girlfriend are over 21, so are old enough to make your own decisions. Secondly, your mom is saying she wants different for you then what she did at your age. And you want to be with your girlfriend in the comfort of your room which is your space.
Unfortunately, for you it is still her house, whether you pay rent or not, and she can make the rules. You kind of have to abide by them even if you don't agree/understand the reasons. Maybe your mom felt having a child with your dad out of marriage was not the right choice, and now that she is older does not want you to make the same mistakes she did. People get more conservative as they age.
Talk to her about if maybe her experience is the issue, and if she really has an issue with it you may have to abide by her rules. Otherwise what would it cost to get your own place, get a washer and drier, furniture, TV, stove, fridge, etc? Way more than $200 a month. You can set the rules in your own place - as long as you pay all the bills. So you both have valid points but maybe you should talk to your mom about why this is such a hot button for her.

how the heck did she stay wakeful that long?!?!? maximum 5 12 months previous's could have been crashed by the top of the 1st action picture! do no longer misinform your lady chum. tell her you lost all your senses and permit the baby not sleep waaaaaay too previous due and you will surely no longer do it back.
