My computer randomly freezes?

I have just upgraded my computer (The CPU and Mobo)

And for some reason it randomly freezes, like few times a day, not when its under strain, not when i am gaming or have much running.

It totally freezes and it needs a reboot. Its a new copy of windows 7 ultimate on a formatted harddrive, its got the latest drivers ect.

Could my Ram/Hdd be dying?

I dont have any virus's or anything.

Please help

I suggest you get a free blue screen memory dump file viewer (there are plenty).

Also ensure your system CPU is cool enough - download and run a free temp check program like coretemp.
