why romney won't release tax returns?

So long as he refuses to release them, we continue to speculate on what he is hiding. I don't think it's just about how much tax he has or has not paid. I think he does not want us to see the itemized deductions. He tithes to the Mormon church, but what other money has he given to the Mormons, and what other non-profits has he supported? That's my own suspicions about his refusal, far more than his various tax avoidance schemes, which we know a good bit about already. Still, you have to wonder what could possibly be worse than refusing to release the information and allowing all this attention to his refusal to go one.

Because he doesn't have to. You do realize that Obama still hasn't released his education records that people have been calling on him to do for over 4 years now. You also do realize that it took until 3 years into his Presidency before he produced a birth certificate.

So what you are saying is that Romney should automatically release something that liberals want when Obama still refuses to release records that initially Democrats wanted to see.

He doesn't release his tax records because we will find that he is Rich, which has now been made a crime by the Obama administration. You would find that he has donated about 20 times as much to charitable organizations as Obama has. He will release his tax records if Obama will release his college records. Obama has spent $1 million sealing his records. The reason could well be because he matriculated as a foreign student in order to recieve foreign aid.

Obama's demand that he release 10 years worth of tax returns is ridiculous. He might have someone going over the information now to see what they can put together if necessary. He's not about to take the time out himself to do all of that research.

There are items, although legal, that show he's paying a considerably lower percentage in taxes than people who earns 1/10th of 1% of what he does.

Tax code is public record. Why can't you look up what the rate is? Scumbama wouldn't release his birth certificate until he had a good fake. What's worse? Someone who pays some taxes or a foreigner as your president?

Why do you release yours to all of us?

We all know that he's got some things to hide, otherwise he would.
