What is a good way to weed out a "bad apple" or even know who the bad apple is?

Oh Shortcake. I just spoke to Bobo Cartwright - you know the lady builder who fixes up the pub for us when it gets damaged. Well she thinks it is members of The Foundation Church of the Spirit of Dora the Divine who have just built a Temple on that old ground behind the tennis courts. They don't believe in the consumption of dairy products or - wait for it - honey - as bees and cows are the sacred creatures of Dora.

Bobo's company did the building work on the Temple and she said there were some pretty weird things in the plans - but she is sworn to secrecy. Shortcake - we need to get up an action committe or something to have them removed from the village before their strange ways take hold ........... what can you suggest?
