Are there any films similar to Harry Potter?

I love Harry Potter, The books and the movies, is there anything similar to it, in terms of books or movies? DO NOT SUGGEST TWILIGHT it's pure crap

    The lord of the rings trilogy has wizards in it, and also monsters and creatures; and it is legendary just like harry potter.
