I stayed at Double Tree. It was in the center of Philly, walking distance to the cityhall. The price was reasonable.

There are a bunch by the airport. Depends on how much you want to spend. Ramada, Super 8, Hilton.

Since we live here, we don't stay in hotels much. The Hilton never fails for me. they have a few locations in town.
