Consevatives how do you feel that the Romney Party Yacht Flies a Cayman Islands Flag?

http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/romney-party-yacht-f...

Is he still your pick to be the next American president? Is it okay as long as it's Romney doing it and not Obama?

Update:

for the record it doesn't fly an American flag at all

Boats have to fly the flag of the country they're registered in. Very few boats that aren't used for shipping are registered in the US. If you ever go on a cruise ship, most of them are registered in Panama and fly the Panamanian flag even though most of those companies are European-owned. Why? Because it's a helluva lot cheaper.

EDIT: After reading the article, at no point does it refer to that as Romney's yacht. It just says he proposed a toast from the deck of a yacht flying the Cayman Islands flag.

    1. Not Romney's yacht.

    2. Most ships and yachts are registered out of the U.S. for many reasons including: getting a US registration takes a very long time (meanwhile the boat must be docked), it is insanely expensive for both small and big boats/ships, and since it doesn't actually benefit you in ANY way it why should anyone democrat or republican pay the steep cost and go through tons of red tape just to write registered in U.S.A. on the stern.

    3. This is just a stupid fluff piece from the Obama campaign to turn Americans eyes away from the real problems like the economy which aren't solved.

no longer something there. each and every thing is legal and has been thoroughly checked. Do you imagine if there became authentic malfeasance, the Democrats ought to have in basic terms enable it pass? The plan is to throw as a lot at Romney and desire the idea of wrongdoing sticks regardless of if there is not any information. John Kerry berths his yachts in Rhode Island to avert MA's taxes. Do you've a project with that? i do not.

Another irrelevant side-issue to deflect from Obama's record of abject failure. Keep it up. Has John Kerry paid his yacht tax yet...something you didn't care about in 2004?

Your link also makes it clear this is NOT Romney's boat, yet you try to infer it is. You are a freaking LIAR

And it's against international maritime law to fly the flag of a foreign nation, other than were registered. Please, try to keep up.

"Is it okay as long as it's Romney doing it and not Obama?"

Funny, it seems that the mindset of "It's okay as long as it's Obama doing it and not a Republican" is how the left works.

I remember you people having your panties in a wad about Iraq, Afghanistan, Guantanamo, the Patriot Act, FISA, the TSA, no bid contracts with Halliburton and it's subsidiaries, the Bush tax cuts, bailouts and stimulus when Bush was in office, but I have not heard one word of complaint from you people about Obama continuing these things.
