There are these little bottles, they aren't deodorants but some kind of spray. You spray it under your arms after you shower and you won't sweat for a maximum of 5 days. Then you just repeat.
My mum bought it for me when we went on holiday to India. India is terribly hot, but when I sprayed this on my underarms, they were COMPLETELY dry. It's amazing.
It's called perspi-guard, look it up.

Yes, it is most commonly hyperhidrosis if you're already making use of an antipersperant. See a official dermatologist, and they'll most commonly prescribe Drysol, a prescription antiperspirant, or a normal version. If Drysol does now not paintings, they are able to transfer directly to underarm Botox injections. Surgery is not likely, as either one of those cures are *incredibly* mighty. Hyperhidrosis: "Hyperhidrosis is a clinical situation where a man or woman sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis might sweat even if the temperature is cool or while they're at relaxation." Drysol: "Drysol (manufacturer identify for aluminum chloride hexahydrate) is a prescription healing typically prescribed for immoderate sweating. A really normal main issue, immoderate sweating can also be constrained to the armpits, however regularly influences the hands and soles of the toes as good. Once a man or woman has attempted a few distinct types of over the counter antiperspirants with out good fortune, medical professionals regularly endorse Drysol."

i have hyperhidrosis, and sweat excessively from my arms, even though i live in a cold climate, like 5-10 degrees in the morning and my shirt is wet under the arms, even with an undershirt!
i use a deoderant called "driclor" which is a role on deoderant that you apply before bed. and it works for me. after 1-2 applications, i was having dry days and it was great. i would suggest you buy it, you can buy it from any chemist/pharmacy. the only problem is that it can cause discomfort if you apply it whilst you have sweat or water from a shower under your arm, and will burn and dry skin out. but it can be avoided.
ps- i found shaving my armpit just made my shirt more wet and gets incredibly itchy, especially if you apply hi strength deoderants.
